Are you fluent in Dutch and English, based in Lisbon, and looking for a role with a clear path to flexibility? We are hiring a Customer Support Agent to be the front-line voice for our international clients!

What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: €1,400.00 gross/month base salary.
- Language Bonus: +€150.00/month for your language skills.
- Performance Bonus: Up to +€100.00/month based on your results.

- Role: Deliver exceptional customer support in both English and Dutch, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ease.
- Working Hours: Regular day shifts between 08:00 – 18:00 (No late-night shifts!).
- Work Model: Initial 3-month on-site period, followed by a flexible hybrid setup.
- Language Skills: Full fluency in both Dutch and English (written & spoken).
- Location: Must already be based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role).
