As part of the development of SII Group Portugal, we are strengthening our commercial team by welcoming a Business Manager.
You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and team management.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Focus On Two Main Areas
- Business: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability. (prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management)
- Recruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.
- Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
- Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Initial experience in sales and recruitment
- Strong listening and organizational skills
- Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive
