As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the German market, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all interactions.

As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its Customer Service team with a German-speaking professional to support customers across the German market.

Description

Manage outbound customer communications for the German market;

Promote products, digital services and customer-focused solutions;

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and accurately document customer feedback;

Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems;

Identify customer needs and potential business opportunities, forwarding qualified leads to the relevant teams;

Ensure all customer interactions meet established quality and service standards;

Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Profile

Native-level German speaker (mandatory);

Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support or Call Center environments;

Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level);

Experience working with CRM systems and digital communication tools;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence;

Proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach;

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
