Profile description:

As part of the expansion of a leading company in the steel construction sector, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager – Steel Structures & Facades to join the team responsible for the execution of large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Proven experience managing the installation of steel structures, roofing and façade systems;
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation;
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality and HSE requirements;
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Availability to travel and work on project sites;
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.
  
  

The main responsibilities are:

• Manage and supervise the execution of steel structures, roofing and façade works on site;
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction teams;
• Monitor project progress, quality, deadlines and site activities;
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSE requirements;
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues;
• Coordinate with engineering, production and project management teams;
• Prepare site and progress reports.
