YOUR ROLE

Ownership and management of technical planning and execution of customer projects – greenfield, swap, migration, SW upgrade etc
Prepare the E2E high level technical delivery plan for the given solutions including identifying the products / apps and for local 3P HW/SW requirements
Adherence to Scope of Work across technical domains
Contributes to ensure that feature specifications are in line with the defined reference architecture
Management of Domain Technical Managers and Architects
Technical issue ownership, resolution, reporting and escalations
Main Customer technical interface
Technical support to Project Manager
Interface with R&D

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years’ experience in Telecommunications, either with Operator or Provider
5+ years’ experience with Nokia products and solutions
5+ years in a technical management position (focus on either Packet Core, IMS or SDM)
Project Management qualification
People Management
Time Management, both yours and teams
Communication, both written and verbal
Problem Solving
Conflict Resolution
Negotiation
Report writing
Technical skillsets (see Technical Knowledge below)
Fluent Written and Spoken English

On top of general E2E knowledge of 3GPP, 5G networks, call flows and interfaces within a Telecoms network, specific knowledge of and/or experience in several of the following areas, as example, in Nokia or other operator equivalent solutions

CMG (GGSN, PGW/SGW, SMF/UPF, ePDG/N3IWF, DPI, LI, TCP-O)
CMM (SGSN, MME, AMF, LINRD NRF,
NRD (NSSF), CFX (and CFX LI), NTAS (MCAS, BCS), A-SBC and/or I-SBC (and LI)
MRF, MGW, bMSS and/or vMSS (and LI)
Higher Education (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD or equivalent)
