Emagine is seeking a Senior Product Owner (Integration & Platform) to join a collaborative and dynamic project environment in Portugal. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Owner with a strong technical understanding of AI platforms, data, integrations, and modern software architectures, looking to drive product strategy and translate business and technical objectives into clear priorities and deliverables.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Platform, AI, and Security teams to define roadmaps, prioritize platform capabilities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple products and teams.

What You'll Be Working On

Define and prioritize AI platform, data, and integration capabilities supporting multiple product teams.
Translate business and technical objectives into product roadmaps, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform capabilities.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities across multiple products.
Ensure platform capabilities meet requirements around scalability, security, reliability, and governance.
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and business teams.
Maximize business value through effective backlog prioritization and delivery planning.
Support and coach other Product Owners within the team.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
Experience working on cloud-based software projects.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern integration patterns.
Experience with data platforms, data flows, and integrations between systems.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product prioritization, and backlog management.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Professional level of English.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI-enabled solutions, LLMs, retrieval-based systems, or AI governance.
Previous experience working with AI platforms or data products.
Experience coaching or mentoring other Product Owners.

Location & Eligibility

Candidates must be based in Portugal.
Hybrid working model - 2/3x per week, Lisbon.
