Profile description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Manager to join our team of agap2 indústria. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field;
• Previous experience in a business development, account management, recruitment, consulting, or client-facing role;
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities;
• Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment;
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
  

The main responsibilities are:

• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development activities to contract negotiation and account growth;
• Understand clients' business challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions that create value and support their objectives;
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term strategic partnerships;
• Participate to recruitment activities, identifying, attracting, and deploying the right talent for every project;
• Manage and support a team of consultants throughout their assignments, ensuring engagement, performance, and career development;
• Monitor project delivery, client satisfaction, and business performance, ensuring high-quality service and successful outcomes;
• Track key business indicators, including revenue, profitability, and team utilization, contributing to the achievement of growth targets.
