About The Role

We are looking for a Dutch- and English-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform policies, and help maintain a safe and high-quality experience for our users. You will work closely with customer-facing and operations teams, applying strong judgment and local market knowledge—especially in an e-commerce context.

Requirements

Fluent / native-level Dutch
Professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Strong content moderation skills and experience applying policies consistently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong rational decision-making abilities and attention to detail
Local market expertise and a solid understanding of e-commerce
Strong customer service orientation and genuine empathy
Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume periods (e.g. promotion seasons)

Benefits

Food allowance of 7.63 € per working day
Attendance bonus of 100 € (paid per 11 months)
