YOUR ROLE
As a Solution Architect / System Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, validating, and delivering end-to-end Policy Control solutions within complex telecommunications environments.
You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment, migration, and customer acceptance, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer requirements and defining the appropriate product implementation strategy.
- Designing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation, including IP and network architectures.
- Defining detailed use cases aligned with Statements of Work (SoW) and 3GPP standards.
- Preparing CIQ documentation and other technical deliverables.
- Developing, configuring, and validating Policy rules and service logic.
- Defining and executing test strategies, System Verification Specifications (SVS), and validation plans.
- Performing software installation, onboarding, configuration, and environment setup activities.
- Executing integration, validation, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance testing.
- Supporting tracing, monitoring, performance analysis, and issue resolution activities.
- Developing automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Managing Go-Live activities, including subscriber, traffic, and data migrations.
- Identifying technical risks, proposing mitigation actions, and producing project tracking reports.
- Collaborating with customers, project teams, architects, and product organizations to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Proven experience in Telecom software solution development, system integration, or solution engineering roles.
- Strong experience designing and reviewing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Solid background in application integration and end-to-end solution delivery within complex Telco ecosystems.
- Strong software development, troubleshooting, and integration capabilities.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and database technologies such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking and telecom signalling protocols, including:
- Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy)
- HTTP2
- SIP
- Sigtran
- SOAP/XML
- REST APIs
- SNMP
- CBIS
- CBAM
- NCS
- NCOM
- VMware
- OpenStack
- OpenShift
- Knowledge of Payment Systems, Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE, and IMS architectures.
- Previous experience with OSS/BSS platforms and telecom operational frameworks.
- Experience with Policy Control solutions such as 5780 DSC, SPS-P, or Nokia NPC is highly valued.
- Solution Architect certification or equivalent practical experience is considered a plus.
