YOUR ROLE
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customer stakeholders, driving technical excellence and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading project initiation, setup, planning, and execution activities.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project dependencies.
- Identifying technical and delivery risks and defining mitigation plans.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring alignment with agreed milestones and deliverables.
- Producing regular project status reports, including achievements, progress, issues, risks, and next steps.
- Managing customer-facing activities and acting as a trusted technical point of contact.
- Collaborating with R&D teams to address technical challenges and product-related topics.
- Reviewing and validating technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.
- Coordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.
- Ensuring project governance, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Proven experience in Technical Project Management within Telecom software development, implementation, or system integration environments.
- Solid understanding of software-based telecommunications solutions and delivery processes.
- Experience coordinating complex application integration projects across multiple domains and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Experience working with databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and telecom protocols, including:

- Previous experience working with OSS/BSS platforms and operational frameworks.
- PMI certification or formal Project Management training is considered an advantage.
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.
