Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Analyze, tune and maintain Linux-based mid-to-large DB2 LUW database instances for performance and reliability; * Maintain and improve core datasets critical to daily business operations; * Implement and optimize database frameworks and solutions that are reliable, fast, scalable and responsive; * Work in multidisciplinary teams with developers, architects and operations colleagues. Profile: * Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or equivalent professional experience; * Minimum of 5 years of experience administering and troubleshooting IBM DB2 LUW database management systems; * Strong Linux administration (SLES, CentOS), DB2 LUW optimization expertise and experience with enterprise integrations such as Siebel or Cognos; * VMware familiarity will be valued; * Fluent English, both oral and written; * Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail in high-performance environments; * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
