Work model: Remote (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation package provided

Salary: base salary + €100 performance bonus

Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments over your first year (offer valid for candidates starting by end of October)

What you'll do:

Provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or email
Assist Polish-speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools
Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for:

Fluent in Polish
Proficient in English
Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
