Business Analyst - Capital Market (Porto,Hibrido)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international team based in Lisbon, working in a hybrid model. The role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams, particularly colleagues based in Paris, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Occasional travel to Porto and Paris may be required.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Collaborate with development teams on the translation of requirements into technical solutions.
Design and execute functional, integration, regression and UAT tests.
Work with developers and release managers on automated non-regression testing.
Support workload estimation and coordinate production deployments.
Provide Level 3 support, including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
Maintain functional and technical documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Contribute to process improvements and develop knowledge of Summit Software and the wider IT environment.

Requisitos mínimos

Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
Good knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office processes.
Knowledge of financial products, including interest rates, credit, bonds, repo, FX, options and OTC products.
Experience with business process analysis, mapping and testing.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
Knowledge of Summit Front Office is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented mindset.
English: C1 level or above.
French: B2 level is a plus.
