Responsabilidades
- Execução e preparação do serviço de cozinha, segundo os padrões de qualidade definidos, garantindo a máxima qualidade ao cliente.
- Preparação das refeições e empratamentos;
- Assistência ao Chefe de cozinha;
- Controlo e limpeza do material necessário;
- Controlo da qualidade dos alimentos;
- Zelo pela limpeza da área de trabalho;
- Zelo pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e normas HACCP.
- Conhecimento técnico e experiência prévia na função, preferencialmente em setor hoteleiro;
- Formação na área;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de higiene alimentar (HACCP)
- Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
- Forte capacidade de gestão de stress;
- Atitude proativa e polivalente;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
- Ensino secundário ou curso profissional relacionado à área, equivalente ao 12º ano de escolaridade (preferencial)
- Salário: 1100€ – 1200€ brutos/mês

Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Execute and prepare kitchen operations according to defined quality standards;
- Prepare meals and handle plating;
- Assist the Executive Chef;
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and utensils;
- Monitor the quality and storage conditions of food;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area;
- Comply strictly with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
- Previous experience in the role (preferably in the hospitality sector);
- Relevant training in culinary arts or hospitality;
- Knowledge of English (preferred);
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP);
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- High sense of responsibility;
- Strong ability to work under pressure;
- Proactive and versatile attitude;
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Secondary education or vocational course in the field (equivalent to 12th grade – preferred).
- Salary: €1,100 – €1,200 gross/month;
