Operational Resilience & Business Continuity

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities, assessing the potential impact of disruptions on critical business functions and identifying appropriate remediation actions;
- Develop, maintain, test, and validate Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), recovery solutions, and related documentation to ensure business and operational resilience;
- Support Crisis Management activities, including awareness and training initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of resilience processes and frameworks.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, or related areas;
- Strong knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management, and resilience frameworks;
- Experience in developing and maintaining business continuity plans, recovery solutions, risk/remediation plans, and related documentation;
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills, with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Fluency in English, with experience working in a multilingual environment (Spanish/Portuguese).
