Responsibilities

+5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, with proven experience in project governance, reporting, project planning, portfolio management, and financial tracking.
Supports project management office activities, tracks project metrics, and assists in reporting.
Maintain project documentation, prepare dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate project governance meetings and provide administrative support to project managers.
Facilitate reporting on the project plan and milestones on the selected Project Management tool.
Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
Support with the definition of the detailed Project Plan with detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team
Drive portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and metrics to inform executive decision-making.
Create and implement the Financial Tracking process.
