We’re looking for a Business Developer focused on MICE and Corporate who knows how to open doors, build real relationships, and turn opportunities into business. Someone who doesn’t just sell events, but creates experiences clients want to come back to. You’ll build business. - You’ll grow MICE and corporate revenue through your network and proactive outreach - You’ll convert enquiries into high-value opportunities, working both reactively and strategically - You’ll build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business - You’ll represent Bomporto at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings - You’ll manage the full event journey, from enquiry to on-site presence and post-event follow-up - You’ll help shape bespoke, high-end experiences aligned with our brand - You’ll own your targets and consistently push to exceed them Who you are - You have 2 to 4 years of experience in MICE, corporate sales, or luxury hospitality - You bring a strong commercial mindset and valuable industry connections - You’re confident, client-focused, and naturally relationship-driven - You’re hands-on, organized, and comfortable being present during events - You communicate with ease in English and Portuguese.
