Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a strategic business partner, contributing to delivering data-driven insights to help shape key business decisions.

Description

Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations teams
Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
Drive pricing strategies and profitability improvements across products, projects and customers
Monitor sales mix, margins and key business drivers to identify growth opportunities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, business planning and ROI analysis activities
Support international growth initiatives through financial evaluation and performance tracking
Contribute to the enhancement of reporting capabilities and management information
Play an active role in BI and ERP transformation projects, helping improve data quality, visibility and decision-making

Profile

Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling positions
Commercial mindset combined with solid financial analysis and modelling skills
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across different functions
Experience in manufacturing environments is valued
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluent English is essential
