Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

Analyze, develop and maintain Java applications following best practices, using scalable, high-availability and microservices-based architectures;
Optimize application performance (concurrency, SQL queries) and conduct code reviews to ensure software quality;
Ensure security and compliance of the developed solutions;
Collaborate with functional, technical and testing teams;
Analyze and resolve complex problems (advanced debugging, log analysis);
Participate in technical decision-making (technology choices, architecture, frameworks and tools).

Profile

Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development;
Advanced knowledge of Java 8+, software architecture, design patterns, SQL/NoSQL databases and frameworks such as Spring;
Experience with Web Services (XML/REST, EMS/JMS preferred) and asynchronous messaging technologies such as Apache Pulsar;
Knowledge of application security practices (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID, JWS) and eCommerce/digital payment solutions;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges;
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
