As the Head of M365 Platforms, you start your day reviewing platform health, adoption trends, AI capability usage, and transformation milestones across the global Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You engage with business leaders to prioritize productivity initiatives, align with cybersecurity and governance stakeholders on risk and compliance requirements, and guide your international leadership team on strategic priorities.
Throughout the day, you balance long-term platform strategy with operational excellence, drive AI-enabled innovation across productivity services, oversee major transformation programs, manage budget and vendor performance, and ensure employees worldwide benefit from secure, reliable, and modern workplace experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-First Strategy & Workplace Innovation
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI-first strategy and roadmap for M365 productivity platforms.
- Lead the evolution of M365 Platforms into AI-enabled Productivity Platforms aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale AI and automation use cases across:
- Content management
- Low-code solutions
