The role – SAP FI/CO Lead

As an SAP FI/CO Lead, you will play a key role in leading finance transformation initiatives, advising clients on SAP best practices, and delivering complex SAP Finance solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP Finance capabilities, industry leading practices, and transformation roadmaps
Analyze client business requirements and align them with SAP's portfolio of solutions and innovation offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other ERP modules, including MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution)
Support the implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), and reporting solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Mentor and develop consultants, contributing to the growth and maturity of the SAP Finance practice

Your profile

You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields
You have working experience of, at least, 6 years in ABAP development (adobe forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements), SAPUI5 and BTP basic knowledge
You have experience in managing teams and being a leader
You have know-how in ATC tool; unit and quality tests
You have at least one SAP certification
Willingness to travel
