What You Will Do In This Role
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will:
- Provide first-line technical support for customers API- related issues, using AI and cloud-based solutions.
- Gather and assess key troubleshooting information before resolving or escalating issues
- Interpret common API and HTTP errors, including distinguishing client-side vs server-side issues
- Review basic request/response data such as endpoints, methods, headers, payloads, status codes and error messages
- Read and understand simple code snippets used to make API calls
- Validate AI-generated or bot-provided answers against documentation or other reliable evidence before relying on them
- Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels.
- Support customers across international markets and multiple time zones.
- Follow compliance, process, and quality requirements applicable to the role.
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of technical support experience;
- Have basic knowledge of HTTP and APIs, JSON, and common HTTP status codes and a willingness to learn more about technical troubleshooting.
- Are fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.
- Critical thinking when reviewing AI-generated answers or automated support guidance
- Willingness and ability to learn basic “vibe coding” or simple technical tasks for routine support work
- Basic code literacy, especially the ability to understand simple API call examples
- Can follow defined procedures and resolve standard support issues effectively.
- Are willing to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Have the availability to work on-site.
