Your Responsibilities - As a Supply Chain Planner – Medical Repair Service, you will be responsible for planning and supplying one of our repair centers as part of our EMEA repair network. This includes planning material inventories and batch sizes, minimizing aging inventory, and monitoring the shelf life of consumables and operating supplies

  • You will use standardized planning parameters and methods in SAP (SAP R/3, SCM Consulting Solution), which you will continuously review and adjust to ensure the stable and consistent availability of spare parts
  • Monitoring and analysis of all required supply chain KPIs, as well as implementing corresponding measures
  • Continuous development and optimization of the demand and procurement planning process to increase value creation and customer satisfaction, in close collaboration and coordination with the EMEA SCM teams
  • Support for local or regional projects as well as independent management of these (e.g., ERP improvements, methodological development of demand planning, inventory health, planning excellence, LEAN)

Your qualification - A completed degree or equivalent education in a field relevant to the above-mentioned responsibilities

  • Initial professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or production within an international corporate environment
  • Proven experience in MRP with knowledge of SAP R/3 (modules: APO, PP, MM, SD, WM)
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of motivation for the continuous improvement of processes
  • Very good English language skills, ideally with basic knowledge of German
  • You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner and are able to organize your own responsibilities while consistently coordinating with your team in a productive way
