At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are seeking several Sales Assistants to join the team at a prestigious watch and jewelry brand in Lisbon.

At our recruitment and training firm, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

As a Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

Provide personalized advice to customers on exclusive products.
Ensuring that the company’s targets are met.
Thoroughly monitoring the sales process.
You will be responsible for creating and managing the CRM system and customer loyalty initiatives.

Requisitos:

Previous experience in sales/retail, particularly valuable for luxury brands.
Strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and excellent people skills are required.
A professional accustomed to working in a team and with good knowledge of and/or interest in the jewelry and watch industry or luxury industry.
Fluency in English is essential. Any other language is a plus.

Offer:

Permanent, full-time contract for 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Salary range: €1,230 + bonuses + commissions
