Description
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law;
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training activities for new employees;
- Implement and monitor organisational development and performance management initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and workplace standards;
- Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and workforce data analysis;
- Support managers on employee relations and people management matters;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within an industrial or manufacturing environment (essential);
- Sound knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to people management;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
