● Coordinate system testing, data migration, interface setup with banking partners, and post-implementation support.
● Drive process automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and advanced digital workflows across daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliation to create highly streamlined country operations.
Daily Treasury & Cash Management
● Oversee day-to-day liquidity management, cash positioning, and intercompany cash transfers.
● Prepare, analyze, and refine short- to medium-term daily and weekly cash flow forecasts.
● Execute global payments, intercompany settlements, FX trades, and debt service transactions.
● Manage bank account administration, including opening/closing accounts, KYC compliance, and signatory management.
● Maintain relationships with commercial and investment banking partners.
Risk Management & Compliance
● Monitor and execute foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate hedging strategies in line with corporate treasury policies.
● Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, SOX, and regional financial regulations.
● Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal/external audit requests.
