More than just a procurement role

This is an opportunity to join a global team where procurement plays an important role in bringing projects, products and suppliers together.

As part of the Project Procurement team, you’ll work closely with Project Buyers, international suppliers and internal teams, helping to ensure the right information, systems and processes are in place to keep projects moving forward.

If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, coordinating with different teams and taking ownership of your work, this could be your next opportunity.

About the role

You’ll provide hands-on support to the Project Procurement team across a broad range of procurement and supply chain activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Strategic Buyers with supplier, bundling and market strategies.
  • Managing and evaluating tenders and requests for quotations (RFQs).
  • Supporting price and commercial negotiations.
  • Managing suppliers and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Helping optimise the supply chain across cost, quality, liquidity and logistics.
  • Determining stock levels and requirements.
  • Creating and tracking framework agreements and purchase orders.
  • Supporting savings initiatives, including phase-in and phase-out activities.
  • Coordinating change requests, special releases and scrapping activities.
  • Maintaining purchasing and master data in SAP, as well as supporting invoice verification.
  • Managing orders, tooling and database information.
  • Ensuring Project Buyers have the information and system support they need.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, technical buying or MRP/material planning.
  • Experience working with SAP; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach.
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to work comfortably with data, systems and processes.
  • A hands-on and independent working style, with the ability to take ownership without needing close supervision.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate effectively with different internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • A genuine interest in developing your procurement expertise and building a long-term career in the role.
  • Fluent Business English and Portuguese, alongside very good knowledge of Google products.

Why join?

You’ll join a global company and international team, working with colleagues and suppliers from different cultures and markets.

The hybrid working model gives you flexibility between the office and home, while the role offers the opportunity to develop your procurement experience and become an integral part of a team supporting projects, suppliers, and purchasing activities across the business.

If you’re looking for a role where you can develop your procurement career, work internationally and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
