What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a PMO / KYC Transformation professional to support the delivery of a large-scale transformation and integration programme within the financial services sector. This role combines project management, governance, stakeholder coordination, and KYC operational oversight, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives while improving efficiency, scalability, compliance, and client experience.
What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
- Coordinate and monitor KYC onboarding waves and remediation activities.
- Drive project planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and implementation teams.
- Organize reporting activities, governance meetings, milestone reviews, and project communications.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change control processes.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions, functions, and operational teams.
- Support compliance with KYC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices and project efficiency initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and lifecycle management.
- Project management and PMO governance expertise.
- Stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Risk management and compliance awareness.
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic transformation objectives.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
- Solid experience in KYC operations, onboarding, and remediation activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong project governance, reporting, and planning capabilities.
- Experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly valued.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
