- Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO Mashery is required; experience with Boomi Cloud API Management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of API management concepts: gateways, developer portals, analytics/reporting, governance
- Experience with API analytics/reporting — either native platform tooling or integrating API data into BI/reporting solutions
- Familiarity with Boomi's broader platform (Control Plane, AI Platform) is a strong plus, given the customer's upcoming transition
- Consulting/advisory experience — comfortable running discovery workshops and presenting findings to client stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills for producing client-facing assessment reports
- English-speaking mandatory
- Experience advising customers through Mashery-to-Boomi Cloud APIM migrations specifically
- Background in Customer Experience / product analytics
- Health check / current-state assessment report
- API CX reporting options analysis with a recommended approach
- Roadmap / recommendations document for enhancing the current implementation and preparing for the Control Plane + AI Platform transition
- Stakeholder readout / presentation
