Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical training in the area of cooking / pastry;
- Professional experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Cooking techniques for pastry / bakery products;
- Confectionery and Ice Cream making techniques;
- Plating and decorating techniques;
- Pastry service organization;
- Basic notions of food microbiology;
- Food preservation techniques;
- Food safety and hygiene – Notions of self-control and HACCP Codes of Procedure.
