Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the swimming pools;
- Manage the distribution, collection and replacement of pool towels;
- Provide support with food and beverage service in the pool area when required;
- Maintain the pool area and surrounding spaces organised and safe;
- Ensure appropriate safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
- Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments;
- Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile;
- Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.
