What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Data Engineer with solid experience in designing and implementing data solutions, capable of transforming business requirements into efficient, scalable, and high-performance data architectures. You will play a key role in the development of Business Intelligence and Risk Reporting solutions, contributing to data quality, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and international environment.
What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
- Design and develop high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines to populate Data Warehouses according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support end-to-end deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Design data models, schemas, and data architectures following industry best practices.
- Support users in leveraging BI and analytics platforms while promoting data engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience developing data solutions using Python and/or PySpark.
- Solid knowledge of ETL and/or ELT integration processes and tools.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modelling, and BI architectures.
- Ability to automate processes and support CI/CD implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
- Mandatory experience with ETL and/or ELT data integration processes.
- Experience with Dataiku, Tableau, Apache NiFi, Agile methodologies, JIRA, banking environments, or credit risk domains will be considered a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
