Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- BPS (Bosch Production System) methods study and deployment
- Mentoring on BPS methods
- Develop CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) methods for the entire location (focus on indirect areas)
- Continuously promote the systematic application of CIP (focus on indirect areas)
- Be a BPS role model and apply BPS Coaching systematically
- Be a BPS trainer
- Be active member for working groups on plant, multi-plant, divisional, BBM or Bosch level
- Be a CIP facilitator and improvement workshops moderator (focus on indirect areas applying VSDia)
- Plan and execute BPS Maturity Assessments
- Plan and manage BPS related Benchmarking visits to BrgP
- Promote and execute process confirmation
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Industrial Engineering / Managing Systems degree /master or similar
- Background on Lean Principles & Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods ( FMEA, TPM, 8D, A3, PDCA, TPS & BPS)
- Knowledge about production process in industrial environment
- Good skills and experience on workshops moderation and presentations
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Execution of functions where dynamism, proactivity and a high sense of responsibility are required
- Able to work under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Should have a good command of English, both spoken and written
- Good competences on using informatic tools & AI
- Good understanding of industry 4.0 and "digitalization"
- Availability to travelling.
