We’re hiring: Operations Associate – Lisbon
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, international team and make an impact in a fast-growing company. The role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, operations, and customer experience who wants to grow within a supportive and vibrant environment.
Contract details
- Temporary contract
- You will be employed by a temporary employment agency (staffing agency) and assigned to work at GuestReady
- This means that GuestReady will be your host company, but your employment contract will be with the temporary employment agency
- Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts
- On-site role

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

- Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
- Support daily operations across departments such as Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks
- Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively
- Carry out field work
- Perform quality control and inspections
