Responsibilities

5+ years of experience and a background in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Automation of operational and infrastructure tasks;
Automation of service restart and recovery processes, as well as the resolution of recurring incidents;
Infrastructure health checks, validations, and monitoring;
Automation of server provisioning;
Cleanup and maintenance processes;
Development of automated remediation mechanisms;
Integration with tools such as ServiceNow, Lansweeper, and monitoring/management platforms;
Improvement of infrastructure visibility, governance, and standardisation;
Hands-on experience with PowerShell & Python
Strong proficiency in Ansible & Terraform
Practical experience with ServiceNow
