As part of the customer support team, you will assist customers in French and English, helping them resolve their questions and ensuring a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers in French and English.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.

- Support customers throughout their interactions with the company.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach.

- Fluent French and English proficiency.
- Must already be living in Portugal.
- Must reside within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.

- Monday-to-Sunday operation.
- Working hours between 07:00 and 21:00.
- Two rotational days off per week.
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
