The EMEA Regional Benefits Manager is responsible for managing benefit renewals and supporting benefits activities across the EMEA region. This role covers 48 countries, approximately 22,000 employees, and up to four entities within each country. This role will report to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA as part of our Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence in the People Function.
We will count on you to:
- Manage benefits activities across the EMEA region, covering 48 countries, approximately 22,000 employees, and up to four entities per country.
- Manage and coach a team responsible for supporting regional benefits activities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, Human Resources Services and local HR teams.
- Work closely with Global Benefits Management to support and oversee annual renewals.
- Contribute to projects aimed at reducing costs through the harmonisation of benefits across business units.
- Participate in merger and acquisition projects across the region.
- Manage Darwin, the benefits platform provider, including vendor management responsibilities.
- Proven experience in benefits, rewards management within a regional or multi-country environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team, including setting priorities, delegating work, and supporting team performance and development.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience working with internal and external partners, including vendors and service providers.
- Experience supporting annual renewals, cost optimisation initiatives, and process harmonisation.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to adopt and use AI-enabled solutions to support process improvement and productivity.
- Exposure to merger and acquisition activities is preferred.
