CLIENT DATA CONTROLLER JUNIOR
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Client Data Controller Junior responsible for performing administrative activities in accordance with established procedures, validating all required information prior to account setup, and contributing to process improvements and operational changes. This role requires a strong focus on quality, compliance, and risk awareness, ensuring accurate client data management and adherence to operational rules.
What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
- Review and authorize account opening setup requests, ensuring all mandatory information is available prior to account creation.
- Manage exceptional cases where missing information requires a formal derogation before account setup.
- Record and maintain account opening information within the client database.
- Verify mandatory client information, including KYC status and signatory authority documentation.
- Analyze contractual clauses and ensure accurate contract registration within the client database.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and validate information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to service quality.
- Experience working with administrative processes, data validation, or client data management activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of data quality and compliance-related processes.
- Ability to work in a controlled and risk-aware environment.
- Professional proficiency in English. (written and spoken).
