We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team, with a focus on the Brazilian market. In this role, you will work in an international environment, providing support for SAP SD processes and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of the solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide AMS support for SAP SD processes related to users in Brazil.
Analyse incidents and support requests related to sales, billing, pricing, tax determination and . invoicing.
Support NF and/or eDocument topics, billing blocks, pricing conditions and specific sales scenarios in Brazil.
Work with FI/CO and MM on end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
Support post-Go Live stabilisation, monitoring activities and analysis of recurring issues.
Participate in SAP Note impact analysis, regression testing and documentation updates.
Support users by providing clarification and reinforcing knowledge of the solution.
Availability to work in shifts (alternating weeks between PT and BR working hours).

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

More than 6 years of experience in SAP SD.
Good knowledge of billing, pricing, tax determination and sales order processing.
Experience in AMS or application support activities.
Knowledge of integration with FI and MM.
Knowledge of PP and/or QM is a plus.
Experience with Brazil localization, NF and/or eDocument.
Good communication skills.
English and Portuguese are mandatory.
