Data Management Analyst - Lisbon or Porto

- The Data Office team is part of the Data & Digital perimeter in Portugal, within COO scope, functionally reporting to the central CIB Data Office team in France
- Within CIB Data Office department, you will report to the Data Project Office manager. The role of the team is to support development plans around the valuation of data, relying on a coherent and coordinated setup within Businesses, Functions and Regions (EMEA, Asia, the Americas). Additionally, team is divided into 5 domains (Transversal Project, Governance, Risk/Finance, ESG and TP/KYC)
- Set up Data Governance framework for TP (Third Party) / KYC FS (Financial Security) critical Data
- Define data governance guiding rules, controls and tools, shared dictionary definition, data lineage in line with Group requirements
- Assist Métiers in data governance implementation
- Contribute to the critical data scope identification by acting as key intermediary vis à vis the Group and Business lines
- Monitor data quality and integrity within CIB
- Ensure Data Quality principles set up on all TP/KYC critical data scope
- Contribute to the deployment of Data Management & Data Quality by-design transformation process and tools
- Steer the data quality management framework, in particular by managing effective escalation and remediation process: production of DQ dashboards, animation of Data Quality Instances
- Contribute to main TP/KYC Data projects by providing relevant data expertise
- Academic background in a relevant area such as Business, Business Management, Data Analytics, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset
- Good understanding of data quality concepts & techniques and bank industry challenges
- Very strong data analysis skills
- Awareness regarding the banking regulatory requirements
- Substantial project management experience
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
