About the Talent Team

Our European Talent team is currently based in Stockholm, with one colleague driving Swedish growth and our European TA Lead, to whom you will be reporting and working closely, guiding international expansion. As our first Talent hire in Porto, your goal will be to grow into shared ownership of the Portuguese talent pipeline and to drive local initiatives for building culture and rituals. Together, our team operates across two core pillars:

What will you be working with:

Sourcing – Explore creative ways to connect with great people and bring them closer to our journey. You’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and shape how we find future colleagues.

Candidate Anchor– Be a trusted anchor for candidates, ensuring every step, from initial contact to onboarding, feels welcoming, personal, and memorable.

Employer Branding – Share our story with the world and show what makes us unique. From LinkedIn posts to internal initiatives.

Diversity – Help us empower diversity in the tech industry by creating initiatives that matter. From brainstorming new concepts to running events, you’ll shape and deliver activities that make a real impact.

Continuous Improvement – Look for opportunities to make our workplace even better, and have the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

About You:

Porto-Based (or Hybrid-Ready) – You are based in or near Porto and comfortable working in person from our local office at least 2 days a week to help build our team vibe and local footprint.

Curious & Energetic – You’re excited to learn, try new things, and explore creative ways to make an impact. You bring energy and positivity to everything you do.

People-Oriented – You love connecting with others, building relationships, and helping people grow. Supporting colleagues and candidates comes naturally to you.

Driven & Proactive – You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you—you create them. You enjoy shaping processes, testing ideas, and seeing them through to success.

Open-Minded & Inclusive – You value diversity and are passionate about creating environments where everyone feels empowered to contribute and shine.

Creative & Resourceful – You’re not afraid to think outside the box. You find innovative solutions and enjoy bringing fresh ideas to life.

Communicative – You’re confident sharing your ideas, giving feedback, and keeping everyone in the loop. Clear, friendly communication is one of your superpowers.

What you should bring to the table:

Fresh Perspective Welcome — High energy and initiative mean more to us than a long CV. We recognize that the market has been tough for early-career candidates over the past months, and at Pyyne, we make a firm stand on empowering junior professionals to thrive. If you're a recent graduate active in student leadership, campus events, or part-time work, your experience counts. We’re excited to mentor you and help you grow as our first Talent hire in Porto!

Requirements:

Education – A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, Business, or Technology

Language Skills – You speak English fluently, and communication comes naturally to you.

Bonus Points: Technical Curiosity — You have a basic understanding of software development fundamentals. You don’t need to write code, but you know the difference between Frontend and Backend, recognize common tech stacks (like React, Python, or Cloud tools), and feel comfortable reading a developer's profile to understand what they do.
