The Construction Project Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating construction project timelines, resources, and budgets for luxury real estate and hospitality developments. Daily tasks include developing detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and updating stakeholders on risks, dependencies, and change requests. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to optimize workflows, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards. The Construction Project Planner will also support cost estimation, procurement planning, and reporting to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building standards, and regulatory requirements, ideally within luxury real estate or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in budget tracking, resource allocation, and timeline management for multi-phase construction projects.
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and risk management, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience as a project planner, coordinator, or similar role in construction or real estate development.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese and/or other European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality in all aspects of project planning and execution.
