Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Manage service requests and evolutionary requests for DDP projects;
Ensure the registration and prioritization of requests;
Manage conflicts between requests;
Follow up on requests throughout their lifecycle;
Ensure the formal delivery of requests across all environments.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in service management or similar environments;
Experience with Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, HPSM, Confluence, and Jira;
Knowledge of software management lifecycles;
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
Basic knowledge of Distributed Systems and Mainframe.
Proactivity and dynamism;
Organizational and communication skills;
