We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What Is This Challenge About

End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain .
Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications .
Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards .
Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope .
Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes .
Defining and reviewing test cases .

What We Are Looking For

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Braga).
