We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in Porto (Hybrid) who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What Is This Challenge About

Facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective execution of Agile practices
Remove impediments that may block or slow down team progress
Enable and support high-performing, self-organized teams
Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams
Ensure smooth delivery cycles and high-quality software releases
Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in autonomy and accountability
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team

What We Are Looking For

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in IT
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Understanding of software development lifecycle (technical background is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in multicultural environments
Strong stakeholder management skills
Adaptability across different levels of the organization (technical teams to executive stakeholders)
Autonomy, leadership, and teamwork mindset
Fluent English (minimum B2)
