We are looking for a Product Owner to work in Porto or Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What Is This Challenge About

Lead and develop a team of Product Owners across cards, credit, and internal platforms;
Act as a reference point for product functionality, business value, and operational impact;
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams;
Co-design scalable and outcome-driven solutions;
Support agile development practices without imposing rigid processes;
Translate business strategy into clear and executable product direction.

What We Are Looking For

At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Lead and at least 1 year of experience as a Lead;
Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in banking or financial products (cards, credit, payments);
Strong technical fluency and experience working in agile environments;
Leadership skills with energy, resilience, and ownership mindset;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
