What You’ll Be Doing

Define and evolve the end-to-end data architecture strategy;
Align multiple data teams around shared standards and architectural principles;
Collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders to define scalable data products and KPIs;
Establish standards for data modeling, governance, integration, lineage, and quality;
Guide ongoing projects toward scalable and cost-efficient solutions;
Drive architectural consistency across platforms, regions, and functions;
Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and best practices;
Act as a key bridge between business, IT, governance, and data teams.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience as a Data Architect;
Strong expertise in modern cloud data platforms and distributed architectures;
Deep knowledge of data modeling methodologies (Data Vault, Dimensional, Canonical Models);
Strong experience with: Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Purview, ADF, PySpark, Synapse Pipelines;
Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle processes;
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform optimization;
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills;
Professional English level.
