What Is This Challenge About

Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Oracle database environments across production and non-production systems.
Manage and maintain Oracle database instances, including Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c, across both RAC and Single Instance architectures.
Design and implement backup and recovery strategies using Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard environments to support high availability and disaster recovery objectives.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging of database performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of professional experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with a strong focus on automation, performance, and reliability.
Hands-on experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, and/or 19c in enterprise environments.
Solid expertise in Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and Single Instance configurations.
Proven experience with Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) for backup, recovery, and database duplication strategies.
Practical knowledge of Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex database incidents.
DevOps mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement of database operations.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
