What Is This Challenge About

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Oracle database environments across production and non-production systems.
  • Manage and maintain Oracle database instances, including Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c, across both RAC and Single Instance architectures.
  • Design and implement backup and recovery strategies using Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard environments to support high availability and disaster recovery objectives.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging of database performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with a strong focus on automation, performance, and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, and/or 19c in enterprise environments.
  • Solid expertise in Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and Single Instance configurations.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) for backup, recovery, and database duplication strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex database incidents.
  • DevOps mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement of database operations.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
