6+ years of Salesforce experience.
Proven experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management design or implementation.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-based loyalty solutions.
Experience conducting discovery workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Background in customer-centric industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, or telecom is a plus.
