We are looking for an Immigration Lawyer based in Greece, preferably in Athens, to support international clients with Greek immigration, residency, and citizenship matters. The role involves managing end-to-end immigration processes, communicating with Greek authorities, preparing legal documentation, and providing ongoing legal support throughout the client journey.

This is a remote position; however, the Lawyer must be available for in-person client meetings, appointments, and other case-related activities when required. For this reason, candidates based in Athens or the surrounding area are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage immigration and residency applications, including Greek Golden Visa applications, residence permits, family reunification, and citizenship processes.

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate legal and supporting documentation related to immigration procedures.

  • Represent and support clients before the relevant Greek immigration authorities, public institutions, and other bodies.

  • Monitor ongoing applications and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Support clients throughout the immigration process, including in-person meetings, appointments with authorities, document collection, and post-approval procedures.

  • Accompany clients to property viewings or other investment-related appointments when legal support is required.

  • Assist with related legal matters, including tax number registration, legalization and apostille procedures, powers of attorney, property-related documentation, and relocation support.

  • Draft legal opinions, declarations, powers of attorney, and other supporting legal documents.

  • Stay informed about developments in Greek immigration, residency, citizenship, and Golden Visa legislation.

  • Coordinate effectively with clients, authorities, real estate professionals, notaries, and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Qualified Lawyer licensed to practise law in Greece.

  • Based in Greece, preferably in Athens or the surrounding area.

  • Experience in Greek immigration law and residency procedures.

  • Strong understanding of the Greek Golden Visa program, residence permits, family reunification, and citizenship processes.

  • Availability to attend in-person client meetings, appointments, and property viewings when required.

  • A valid driving licence; access to a car is considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams.

  • Experience working with international clients is considered an advantage.

What We Offer
  • A mission-driven company with a service that changes people’s lives

  • A remote working arrangement with occasional in-person client and case-related meetings

  • Opportunities to work on strategic, high-impact cases with global visibility

  • A collaborative and supportive international team culture

  • A competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise
